2012 Season Launch at the 50th Anniversary Rolex 24 At Daytona Race Includes Concerts and an Impressive New Trophy

PRS Guitars will be partnering with GRAND-AM Road Racing for the third straight year in 2012. For the second year, PRS will again provide winners in both the Rolex Sports Car Series Daytona Prototype (DP) and Grand Touring (GT) classes with a unique trophy - a fully functional PRS SE Singlecut guitar customized with GRAND-AM and Rolex Sports Car Series logos.

The Collection Series - by Private Stock

When Paul Reed Smith assumed leadership of the PRS Private Stock program in 2009, he remarked, “I’m looking forward to building guitars again.” The Collection Series from Private Stock provides him the opportunity to do just that. Much like the sought-after “Paul’s 28” guitars, these instruments will be built in small batches (about a dozen at a time) and will incorporate a balance of PRS traditions and exclusive “prototype stage” specifications.

PRS Guitars ‘Experience PRS’ Event in its Fifth Year

Experience PRS, now in its fifth year, has become one of the largest single-manufacturer events in the music industry. This event, held each September at PRS Guitars’ manufacturing facility in Stevensville, MD, hosts a unique combination of authorized PRS dealers and international distributors, worldwide press, celebrated PRS artists, and PRS customers and enthusiasts. The number of attendees continues to climb every year, with a new peak of approximately 2,800 people for 2011, with some customers traveling from as far away as Japan and Australia to attend.
