Terms and Conditions
1. Proper Supervision
Winners will be selected using a computer-generated randomization process that ensures fairness and verifiability.
2. Significant Conditions

- Start and end dates: The giveaway runs from December 1, 2024, at 00:01 to December 24, 2024, at 23:59 GMT.
- Prizes:
- First Prize: PRS NF 53 guitar
- Second Prize: PRS Wind Through the Trees flanger pedal
- Third Prize: PRS Horsemeat overdrive pedal
- Fourth Prize: PRS Mary Cries compressor pedal
- Eligibility: Open to residents of Europe, aged 18 or older as of December 1, 2024, including the UK, Northern Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, and all EU countries.
3. Prize Award Timeline
Prizes will be sent within 30 days of the competition’s end to an address in the UK, Northern Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, and all EU countries. If delays occur, winners will be notified with an updated timeline. PRS Guitars Europe reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of similar or greater value, subject to availability. All decisions are final, and no alternative prizes will be offered. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw. They must reply by January 2nd 2025 with their full name, address, and phone number to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and the prize will be forfeited.
5. Public Announcement
Winners’ surnames and country of location will be published on PRS Guitars Europe’s Instagram page unless they opt out or request limited disclosure when notified.
