PRS Eightlock Band Performs "The First Noel" for Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center Workers

An annual tradition, born out of COVID19 protocols, sent the PRS Eightlock band into the studio last month to record a stunning rendition of the “First Noel” for PRS Guitars’ lead charity, the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.

Dr. William G. Nelson, Director of the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center and guitarist for Eightlock, joined lead singer and breast cancer survivor, Mia Samone to express the gratitude of the larger PRS family and music community to the thousands of healthcare workers on the front lines at Hopkins.

According to Paul Reed Smith, “music has the power to feed the soul – this our band’s gift – to say thank you and lift them up for even the briefest moment.”
