How Do Artists Grow Beyond Pulse?
Not every artist follows the same path, and there’s no set timeline. As artists grow, PRS pays attention to real-world momentum and long-term alignment. There’s no application process or guarantee to move from Pulse to Official Artist, just great music and musicianship, hard work, and alignment. Here is some insight:
PRS is looking for official artists who are:
• Playing more shows or touring on a consistent basis.
• Expanding from local reach to regional or national audiences
• Releasing music, collaborating, or doing session work
• Using PRS instruments naturally on stage and in the studio
• Building professional, long-term relationships
What Matters Most to PRS?
• Authentic artistry
• Real growth over time
• Consistent use of PRS instruments
• Professionalism and strong relationships
